4.1. The Order of the Product is made by the Buyer through the Operator by phone:

4.2. When registering on the website of the online store, the Buyer undertakes to provide the following registration information:
4.2.1. Surname and first name of the Buyer or the person indicated by him (recipient);
4.2.2. The address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the Buyer's address);
4.2.3. Email address (optional field for completion);
4.2.4. Contact phone number.
4.3. The name, quantity, item number, and price of the goods selected by the Buyer are indicated in the Buyer's shopping cart on the website of the online store.
4.4. If the Seller requires additional information, they have the right to request it from the Buyer. If the Buyer fails to provide the necessary information, the Seller is not responsible for providing quality service to the Buyer when purchasing goods in the online store.
4.5. When placing an Order through the Operator (clause 4.1 of this Offer), the Buyer is obligated to provide the information specified in clause 4.2 of this Offer.
4.6. The Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this Offer is carried out by entering the relevant data into the registration form on the website of the online store or when placing an Order through the Operator. After placing the Order through the Operator, the Buyer's data is registered in the Seller's database.
4.7. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when placing the Order.
4.8. The purchase and sale agreement by remote means between the Seller and the Buyer is considered concluded at the moment of electronic processing of the order on the online store's service or the issuance by the Seller to the Buyer of a receipt, invoice, or other document confirming the payment for the Goods.
5. DELIVERY AND TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER
5.1. The methods, procedures, and terms of goods delivery are specified on the website in the "Delivery and Payment" section. The Buyer agrees on the procedure and conditions of delivery of the ordered goods with the online store operator at the time of purchase.
5.2. Self-pickup of goods:
5.2.1. After placing an order, the Buyer can make payment and collect the goods at the following address: Rivne, Fabrichna Street 16, Mon-Fri from 08:30 to 16:30.
5.2.2. Ownership and risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods pass to the Buyer or their Representative upon receipt of the goods, as confirmed by the signing of the receipt and/or the order (and/or the power of attorney for purchasing and delivery of goods).
5.3. Delivery of goods is carried out either by the online store employees themselves in accordance with the delivery conditions or with the involvement of third parties (carriers).
5.4. Upon receiving the goods, the Buyer must, in the presence of the courier, check the compliance of the goods with qualitative and quantitative characteristics (product name, quantity, completeness, expiration date).
5.5. The Buyer or the Buyer's Representative, upon acceptance of the goods, confirms with their signature on the receipt and/or the delivery order that they have no claims regarding the quantity, appearance, or completeness of the goods.
6. RETURN OF GOODS
6.1. The Customer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods – in accordance with the procedure and conditions defined by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection."
6.2. The return of excisable goods of proper quality is possible if their marketable appearance, consumer properties, and the document confirming the purchase and the conditions of the order of the specified goods are preserved.
6.3. The Customer has no right to refuse goods of proper quality that have individually defined characteristics if the specified goods can only be used by the Consumer who purchased them (including non-standard sizes, made to order by the Customer, and other customizations). Confirmation that the goods have individually defined characteristics is the difference in the size or other characteristics of the goods specified in the online store.
6.4. The return of goods, in cases provided by law and this Agreement, is carried out at the address specified on the website in the "Delivery and Payment" section.
6.5. In the event of the Buyer's refusal of goods of proper quality, the Seller refunds the amount equal to the value of such goods, excluding the Seller's costs for delivering the returned goods.
6.6. The refund of the amount specified in clause 6.5 is made within 7 working days after the store receives the returned goods.
